// Buying a home in Sweden
Buying property in Sweden. With the right partner by your side.
Want to buy, not just rent? I know the market. As an adviser, as a networker and as a professional property photographer who works with the best estate agents in the city every day.

Why buy with me?
I know the market. From both sides.
Plenty of platforms explain how the Swedish property market works in theory. I know it in practice, because I work in it every day.
As a professional property photographer in Gothenburg, I regularly photograph homes for the best estate agents in the city. That means direct relationships, real knowledge of the market and a network that gives you, as a buyer from abroad, genuine access, not just a name and a phone number. Who pays the agent is explained in the article on mäklararvode.
On top of that comes personal experience: I moved from Germany to Sweden myself in 2022, and I know the questions, doubts and pitfalls that buyers from abroad run into when buying property in Sweden. One of those pitfalls is the extra buying costs, covered in the guide to stämpelskatt and pantbrev.

When it gets specific
At some point it's no longer about Sweden in general, it's about this one flat. From then on, articles won't help you any more. Numbers will.
Property check
You send me the Hemnet link and the documents. You get two pages back, in English or German, usually within two working days.
- The avgift compared with similar properties in the neighbourhood
- The förening: renovation fund, debt level, pantbrev
- A realistic range for the final price instead of the utgångspris
Viewing support
You can't fly over for every viewing. I go along, take a look at the property and call you afterwards.
- A sense of the condition, noise, light and neighbourhood
- A phone call straight afterwards
